Steps
- In a large bowl, combine the grated daikon radish, grated carrot, and chopped green onion.
- Add the panko breadcrumbs, egg, soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and black pepper to the bowl and mix until well combined.
- Shape the mixture into two patties, ensuring they hold together well.
