  • Burger buns - 2

Steps

  1. In a large bowl, combine the grated daikon radish, grated carrot, and chopped green onion.
  2. Add the panko breadcrumbs, egg, soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and black pepper to the bowl and mix until well combined.
  3. Shape the mixture into two patties, ensuring they hold together well.
  4. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add vegetable oil.
