Steps
- Peel the daikon radish and use a spiralizer or vegetable peeler to create thin 'noodles'. Set aside.

- Add sliced bell pepper, julienned carrot, and zucchini to the skillet. Stir-fry for about 5 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
