Ingredients

  • Daikon radish - 200 grams

  • Cucumber - 50 grams

  • Soy sauce - 1 tablespoon
  • Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Sugar - 1 teaspoon
  • Toasted sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon

Steps

  1. Peel the daikon radish, carrot, and cucumber. Julienne the daikon and carrot using a sharp knife or a julienne peeler. Slice the cucumber into thin matchsticks.
  2. Thinly slice the green onions and set aside.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the rice vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil, and sugar. Whisk together until the sugar dissolves.
  4. Add the julienned daikon, carrot, cucumber, and sliced green onions to the bowl. Toss gently to coat the vegetables in the dressing.
