Steps
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Wash and peel the daikon radish, then slice it thinly (around 2-3 mm thick) using a sharp knife or mandoline.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the sliced daikon, olive oil, sea salt, garlic powder, paprika, and black pepper. Toss until the daikon is evenly coated.
- Spread the daikon slices in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Sprinkle sesame seeds evenly over the daikon slices.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, flipping the chips halfway through, until they are golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
