- Water - 200 milliliters
- Cooked chicken breast, shredded - 100 grams
- Red bell pepper, sliced - 50 grams
- Onion, thinly sliced - 50 grams
- Mushrooms, sliced - 50 grams
- Mozzarella cheese, shredded - 100 grams
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
- Green onions, chopped - 2 tablespoons
- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper - to taste
Steps
- Preheat your oven to 220°C (428°F).
- In a medium saucepan, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat and sauté the sliced onion until translucent.
- Add the sliced red bell pepper and mushrooms to the pan and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
- Add 200 milliliters of water to the saucepan, then bring to a simmer and add the Japanese curry roux. Stir until the roux is fully dissolved and the sauce thickens, about 5-7 minutes.
- Spread the cooked chicken breast evenly over the gluten-free pizza crust.
- Pour the curry sauce over the chicken, spreading it evenly.
- Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese over the curry sauce.
- Place the pizza in the preheated oven and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Remove the pizza from the oven and let it cool for a couple of minutes before garnishing with chopped green onions.
- Slice and serve hot.
