  • Sugar - 1 teaspoon

Steps

  1. Soak the dried wakame seaweed in warm water for about 10 minutes or until it expands and softens. Drain and gently squeeze out excess water.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the soaked wakame, sliced cucumber, and julienned carrot.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together the sesame oil, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and sugar until the sugar dissolves.
  4. Pour the dressing over the seaweed and vegetables, tossing gently to combine.
  5. Sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds and sliced green onion before serving.
