  • Green onions - 2 tablespoons, finely chopped
  • Fresh cilantro - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Grated ginger - 1 teaspoon
  • Chili flakes - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon

Steps

  1. Drain the silken tofu and gently press it between paper towels to remove excess moisture.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, grated ginger, and chili flakes to make the dressing.
  3. Slice the tofu into bite-sized cubes and arrange them on a serving plate.
  4. Drizzle the dressing evenly over the tofu cubes.
  5. Sprinkle the chopped green onions, cilantro, and sesame seeds on top as garnish.
