Ingredients

  • Pizza dough - 200 grams
  • Firm tofu - 150 grams
  • Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
  • Chili paste - 1 tablespoon
  • Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Mozzarella cheese - 100 grams
  • Red bell pepper - 1 medium, sliced
  • Green onions - 2 stalks, chopped
  • Nori sheets - 2 pieces, cut into strips
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste
  • Cornmeal - for dusting

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 220°C (428°F).
  2. Press the tofu to remove excess moisture, then cut it into cubes.
  3. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, chili paste, and sesame oil. Add the tofu cubes and marinate for 10 minutes.
  4. While the tofu is marinating, roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness, then transfer it to a baking sheet dusted with cornmeal.
  5. Drizzle olive oil over the dough and season with salt and black pepper.
  6. Spread the marinated tofu evenly over the pizza base, followed by the sliced red bell pepper and mozzarella cheese.
  7. Bake the pizza in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
