- Pizza dough - 250 grams
- Chashu pork belly - 150 grams, sliced
- Mozzarella cheese - 100 grams, shredded
- Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
- Mirin - 1 tablespoon
- Green onions - 2, chopped
- Napa cabbage - 50 grams, shredded
- Sesame oil - 1 teaspoon
- Black sesame seeds - 1 teaspoon
- Sriracha - 1 teaspoon (optional)
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness and shape.
- Transfer the rolled dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- In a small bowl, mix the soy sauce, mirin, and sesame oil to create a glaze.
- Brush the glaze generously over the pizza dough.
- Spread the shredded mozzarella cheese evenly on top of the glazed dough.
- Arrange the sliced chashu pork belly evenly over the cheese.
- Sprinkle the shredded napa cabbage and chopped green onions on top of the chashu.
- If desired, drizzle Sriracha over the toppings for a spicy kick.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbling.
- Remove the pizza from the oven and sprinkle with black sesame seeds before slicing.
- Allow to cool slightly, then serve hot.
