Ingredients

  • Spaghetti - 150 grams
  • Halal chicken breast - 150 grams, diced
  • Carrot - 1 medium, diced
  • Green bell pepper - 1 medium, diced
  • Frozen peas - 100 grams
  • Egg - 1 large
  • Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
  • Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Vegetable oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Green onion - 2 stalks, sliced
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. Cook spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet or wok, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat and add the diced chicken. Cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Stir in the diced carrot and green bell pepper, cooking for another 3-4 minutes until slightly softened.
  5. Add the frozen peas and cooked spaghetti to the skillet, mixing everything together well.
  6. Push the mixture to one side of the skillet, crack the egg into the empty space, and scramble it until fully cooked.
  7. Combine the scrambled egg with the rest of the ingredients in the skillet.
  8. Pour in the soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and black pepper. Stir well to coat all ingredients evenly.
  9. Garnish with sliced green onion before serving.
