- Spaghetti - 150 grams
- Halal chicken breast - 150 grams, diced
- Carrot - 1 medium, diced
- Green bell pepper - 1 medium, diced
- Frozen peas - 100 grams
- Egg - 1 large
- Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
- Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
- Vegetable oil - 1 tablespoon
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Green onion - 2 stalks, sliced
- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper - to taste
Steps
- Cook spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet or wok, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat and add the diced chicken. Cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
- Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Stir in the diced carrot and green bell pepper, cooking for another 3-4 minutes until slightly softened.
- Add the frozen peas and cooked spaghetti to the skillet, mixing everything together well.
- Push the mixture to one side of the skillet, crack the egg into the empty space, and scramble it until fully cooked.
- Combine the scrambled egg with the rest of the ingredients in the skillet.
- Pour in the soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and black pepper. Stir well to coat all ingredients evenly.
- Garnish with sliced green onion before serving.
