  • vegan okonomiyaki sauce - 2 tablespoons
  • nori seaweed - 1 tablespoon, shredded (for garnish)
  • sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon (for garnish)

Steps

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, baking powder, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Gradually add water to the dry ingredients, mixing until a smooth batter forms.
  3. Fold in the finely shredded cabbage, chopped green onions, and grated carrot until evenly coated with the batter.
  4. Heat olive oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
  5. Pour half of the batter into the skillet, spreading it evenly to form a round pizza shape, about 1 cm thick.
  6. Cook for about 5-7 minutes, or until the bottom is golden brown and crispy.
  7. Carefully flip the pizza and cook for another 5-7 minutes on the other side until golden brown.
  8. Repeat the process with the remaining batter to make a second pizza.
