Ingredients

  • Whole wheat pizza dough - 200 grams
  • Cabbage, finely shredded - 100 grams
  • Bacon, chopped - 50 grams
  • Mozzarella cheese, shredded - 75 grams
  • Soy sauce - 1 tablespoon
  • Sesame oil - 1 teaspoon
  • Green onion, sliced - 2 tablespoons
  • Black pepper - to taste
  • Olive oil - 1 teaspoon

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 220°C (428°F).
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the chopped bacon until crispy, about 5-7 minutes. Remove and drain on paper towels.
  3. In the same skillet, add the shredded cabbage and sauté in the bacon fat for about 3-4 minutes until slightly wilted. Add soy sauce, sesame oil, and black pepper. Mix well and cook for an additional 2 minutes. Remove from heat.
  4. Roll out the whole wheat pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness and shape.
  5. Transfer the rolled dough to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Brush the surface lightly with olive oil.
  6. Spread the sautéed cabbage evenly over the dough, followed by the crispy bacon and then the shredded mozzarella cheese.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the crust is golden brown.
