- Green onions, chopped - 2 stalks
- Napa cabbage, chopped - 100 grams
- Carrot, julienned - 1 medium
- Soy sauce - 4 tablespoons
- Mirin - 2 tablespoons
- Sugar - 1 tablespoon
- Dashi stock - 200 milliliters
- Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
Steps
- In a pot, heat the sesame oil over medium heat.
- Add the sliced beef and cook until browned, about 2-3 minutes.
- Add the dashi stock, soy sauce, mirin, and sugar to the pot. Stir to combine.
- Bring the mixture to a simmer and cook for 5 minutes.
- Add the tofu, shiitake mushrooms, napa cabbage, carrot, and green onions to the pot.
- Simmer for an additional 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
