- Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
- Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
- Mirin - 1 tablespoon
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Fresh ginger - 1 teaspoon, grated
- Egg - 1, beaten
- Panko breadcrumbs - 30 grams
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Cilantro - for garnish
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a bowl, combine sliced shiitake mushrooms, chopped green onions, soy sauce, sesame oil, mirin, minced garlic, grated ginger, beaten egg, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
- Gently fold in the yuba, ensuring it is evenly coated with the mixture.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and spread it out evenly.
- Sprinkle panko breadcrumbs on top of the mixture for a crispy texture.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the edges are slightly crisp.
