- Green onions, chopped - 2 stalks
- Sesame seeds, toasted - 1 tablespoon
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
- In a bowl, mix together soy sauce, mirin, sake, brown sugar, minced garlic, grated ginger, and sesame oil to create the marinade.
- Cut the chicken thighs into bite-sized pieces and add them to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Let them marinate for at least 15 minutes.
