Ingredients

  • Ground chicken - 300 grams
  • Green onion - 2 tablespoons, finely chopped
  • Garlic - 1 clove, minced
  • Ginger - 1 teaspoon, grated
  • Egg - 1 large
  • Almond flour - 2 tablespoons
  • Soy sauce - 1 tablespoon
  • Sesame oil - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Cooking spray - for greasing

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, chopped green onion, minced garlic, grated ginger, egg, almond flour, soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Mix the ingredients thoroughly until well combined, using your hands or a spatula.
  4. Shape the mixture into small meatballs, approximately 3 cm in diameter, and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
  5. Lightly spray the tops of the meatballs with cooking spray to help them brown during baking.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes, or until the meatballs are cooked through and reach an internal temperature of 75°C (165°F).
  7. Remove from the oven and let them cool slightly before serving.
