- Ground chicken - 300 grams

- Egg - 1 large
- Almond flour - 2 tablespoons
- Soy sauce - 1 tablespoon
- Sesame oil - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Cooking spray - for greasing
Steps
- Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, chopped green onion, minced garlic, grated ginger, egg, almond flour, soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and black pepper.
- Mix the ingredients thoroughly until well combined, using your hands or a spatula.
- Shape the mixture into small meatballs, approximately 3 cm in diameter, and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
- Lightly spray the tops of the meatballs with cooking spray to help them brown during baking.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes, or until the meatballs are cooked through and reach an internal temperature of 75°C (165°F).
- Remove from the oven and let them cool slightly before serving.
