- Red pepper flakes - 1/2 teaspoon (optional)
- Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon

Steps
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
- Drain the tofu and press it gently to remove excess moisture. Cut the tofu into 1.5 cm cubes.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the ponzu sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic, grated ginger, and red pepper flakes.
- Add the tofu cubes to the marinade and gently toss to coat. Allow the tofu to marinate for at least 10 minutes.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the marinated tofu cubes in a single layer.
- Bake the tofu in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, flipping halfway through to ensure even browning.
- Once baked, remove the tofu from the oven and sprinkle with chopped green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
