- Chili flakes - 1/2 teaspoon
- Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon

Steps
- Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Press the firm tofu to remove excess moisture, then cut it into bite-sized cubes.
- In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic powder, ginger powder, and chili flakes.
- Add the tofu cubes to the marinade and gently toss to coat evenly. Let marinate for 10 minutes.
- Sprinkle cornstarch over the marinated tofu and toss again until all pieces are well-coated.
- Spread the tofu cubes in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet and sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, turning halfway through, until golden and crispy.
