- Green onions - 2, chopped
- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper - to taste
- Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
- Drain the tofu and press it between paper towels to remove excess moisture, then cut into cubes.
- Clean the shiitake mushrooms and slice them into thin pieces.
- In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic, and grated ginger to create a marinade.
- Add the tofu cubes and mushroom slices to the marinade, tossing gently to coat. Let them marinate for 10 minutes.
- Spread the marinated tofu and mushrooms evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until the tofu is golden and the mushrooms are tender.
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle with chopped green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
