- Shrimp, peeled and deveined - 200 grams
- Gyoza wrappers - 12 pieces
- Green onion, finely chopped - 2 tablespoons
- Garlic, minced - 1 clove
- Ginger, grated - 1 teaspoon
- Soy sauce - 1 tablespoon
- Sesame oil - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - 1/4 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Cooking spray - for greasing
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F) and lightly grease a baking sheet with cooking spray.
- In a bowl, combine the shrimp, green onion, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Take a gyoza wrapper and place a teaspoon of the shrimp mixture in the center. Moisten the edges with water and fold the wrapper in half, pinching to seal. Repeat with the remaining wrappers and filling.
- Arrange the filled gyoza on the prepared baking sheet. Spray the tops lightly with cooking spray.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the gyoza are golden brown and crispy.
- Serve hot with dipping sauce of your choice, such as soy sauce or ponzu.
