Ingredients

  • Shrimp, peeled and deveined - 200 grams
  • Gyoza wrappers - 12 pieces
  • Green onion, finely chopped - 2 tablespoons
  • Garlic, minced - 1 clove
  • Ginger, grated - 1 teaspoon
  • Soy sauce - 1 tablespoon
  • Sesame oil - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Cooking spray - for greasing

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F) and lightly grease a baking sheet with cooking spray.
  2. In a bowl, combine the shrimp, green onion, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
  3. Take a gyoza wrapper and place a teaspoon of the shrimp mixture in the center. Moisten the edges with water and fold the wrapper in half, pinching to seal. Repeat with the remaining wrappers and filling.
  4. Arrange the filled gyoza on the prepared baking sheet. Spray the tops lightly with cooking spray.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the gyoza are golden brown and crispy.
  6. Serve hot with dipping sauce of your choice, such as soy sauce or ponzu.
