- Green onions - 2 stalks, chopped
- Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic, grated ginger, black pepper, lemon juice, and salt to create a marinade.
- Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces and add to the marinade, ensuring all pieces are well coated. Let it marinate for at least 10 minutes.
- While the chicken is marinating, wash the shiso leaves and pat them dry.
- Line a baking dish with parchment paper and arrange half of the shiso leaves at the bottom.
