- Mirin - 1 tablespoon
- Nori (seaweed) - 2 sheets, cut into strips
- Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon
- Salt - to taste

Steps
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine cooked rice, shirasu, spinach, carrot, green onions, soy sauce, sesame oil, mirin, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
