  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (390°F).
  2. Wash the satsuma imo thoroughly and pat them dry, then slice them in half lengthwise.
  3. Place the halved satsuma imo on a baking tray lined with parchment paper, cut side up.
  4. Drizzle olive oil over the potatoes and sprinkle with a pinch of salt.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the potatoes are tender and lightly caramelized.
