- Zucchini - 1, sliced
Steps
- Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
- In a bowl, combine grated ginger, soy sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic, and black pepper to create the marinade.
- Slice the pork tenderloin into thin strips and add it to the marinade, ensuring all pieces are well coated. Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.
- While the pork is marinating, prepare the vegetables by slicing the red bell pepper and zucchini.
