  • Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Garlic - 1 clove, minced
  • Green onions - 2, chopped
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Olive oil - 1 teaspoon
  • Red bell pepper - 1, sliced
  • Zucchini - 1, sliced

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. In a bowl, combine grated ginger, soy sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic, and black pepper to create the marinade.
  3. Slice the pork tenderloin into thin strips and add it to the marinade, ensuring all pieces are well coated. Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.
  4. While the pork is marinating, prepare the vegetables by slicing the red bell pepper and zucchini.
  5. In a baking dish, drizzle olive oil and arrange the sliced vegetables at the bottom.
  6. Place the marinated pork on top of the vegetables in the baking dish.
