- Spaghetti - 150 grams
- Mentaiko (cod roe) - 100 grams
- Heavy cream - 100 ml
- Cream cheese - 50 grams
- Parmesan cheese (grated) - 30 grams
- Green onions (chopped) - 2 tablespoons
- Garlic (minced) - 1 clove
- Soy sauce - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper - to taste
- Mozzarella cheese (shredded) - 50 grams
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Cook spaghetti in salted boiling water until al dente, according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a mixing bowl, combine mentaiko, heavy cream, cream cheese, half of the grated Parmesan cheese, chopped green onions, minced garlic, soy sauce, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until smooth.
- Add the cooked spaghetti to the mentaiko mixture and toss until the pasta is well coated.
- Transfer the pasta mixture to a greased baking dish, spreading it evenly.
- Top with the remaining Parmesan cheese and shredded mozzarella cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is golden and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven, let cool for a few minutes, and serve garnished with additional green onions if desired.
