- Sugar - 1 teaspoon
- Sesame oil - 1 teaspoon
- Green onions - 2 (sliced for garnish)
- Sesame seeds - 1 teaspoon (for garnish)
Steps
- Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
- In a small bowl, mix together miso paste, mirin, soy sauce, sugar, and sesame oil to create the marinade.
- Place the mackerel fillets in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them, ensuring they are well coated. Let them marinate for at least 15 minutes.
