Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. Clean the mushrooms by wiping them with a damp cloth and slice them into bite-sized pieces.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine miso paste, soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, and minced garlic to create the marinade.
