  • All-purpose flour - 30 grams
  • Milk - 200 ml
  • Heavy cream - 50 ml

  • Parmesan cheese - 30 grams, grated
  • Garlic - 1 clove, minced
  • Chopped green onions - 2 tablespoons
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Paprika - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Breadcrumbs - 2 tablespoons

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).

  7. Transfer the shrimp mixture into a baking dish, spreading it evenly.
  8. Top the mixture with the remaining grated cheese and sprinkle the breadcrumbs evenly over the top.
  9. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.
  10. Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
