- aonori seaweed - 2 tablespoons
- vegan mayonnaise - 2 tablespoons
- soy sauce - 1 tablespoon
- salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons
Steps
- In a mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, water, salt, and pepper, stirring until smooth.
- Add the chopped kale, grated carrot, green onion, and aonori seaweed to the batter and mix well.
- Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
- Pour half of the batter into the skillet, spreading it evenly to form a pancake.
- Cook for about 5-7 minutes until the bottom is golden brown, then carefully flip and cook for an additional 5-7 minutes on the other side.
- Remove from the skillet and repeat the process with the remaining batter to make a second pancake.
