- Cod fillet - 150 grams, cut into chunks
- Mussels - 200 grams, cleaned
- Shrimp - 150 grams, peeled and deveined
- Clams - 100 grams, cleaned
- Lemon - 1, cut into wedges for serving
Steps
- In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic, chopped shallots, and red chili flakes, and sauté until fragrant, about 2 minutes.
- Stir in the cherry tomatoes and cook for another 3-4 minutes until they start to soften.
- Pour in the white wine and let it simmer for 2 minutes to reduce slightly.
- Add the fish stock and bring to a gentle boil. Season with salt and black pepper.
- Reduce heat and add the cod chunks, mussels, shrimp, and clams to the pot. Cover and cook for about 5-7 minutes until the mussels and clams open and the shrimp is cooked through.
- Remove from heat and stir in the torn basil and chopped parsley.
- Serve the soup hot in bowls, garnished with additional parsley and lemon wedges on the side.
