  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon

Steps

  1. Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium heat.
  2. Wash the zucchini and slice them into 1 cm thick rounds.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, chopped basil, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Add the zucchini slices to the bowl and toss gently to coat them with the marinade.
