- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Fresh basil leaves - 10g, chopped
- Fresh oregano - 5g, chopped
- Salt - 1 teaspoon (5g)
- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon (2g)
Steps
- Preheat the grill or a grill pan over medium heat.
- Wash the zucchinis and slice them lengthwise into 1/2 cm thick strips.
- In a bowl, mix together the olive oil, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, chopped basil, and oregano.
- Toss the zucchini slices in the marinade until evenly coated.
- Place the zucchini slices on the hot grill and cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until they have nice grill marks and are tender.
