Steps
- Preheat the grill or a grill pan over medium-high heat.
- Wash the zucchinis and cut them into 1cm thick slices.
- In a bowl, combine the olive oil, minced garlic, chopped basil, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper.
- Add the zucchini slices to the bowl and toss them well to coat with the marinade.
- Let the zucchini marinate for about 10 minutes to absorb the flavors.
- Place the marinated zucchini slices on the preheated grill.
- Grill the zucchini for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they are tender and have nice grill marks.
- Remove the zucchini from the grill and serve warm.
