Ingredients

  • Zucchini - 2 medium (about 300g)
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons (30ml)
  • Garlic - 1 clove, minced
  • Fresh basil - 5 grams, chopped
  • Oregano - 1 teaspoon (1g), dried
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon (3g)
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon (1g)

Steps

  1. Preheat the grill or a grill pan over medium-high heat.
  2. Wash the zucchinis and cut them into 1cm thick slices.
  3. In a bowl, combine the olive oil, minced garlic, chopped basil, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Add the zucchini slices to the bowl and toss them well to coat with the marinade.
  5. Let the zucchini marinate for about 10 minutes to absorb the flavors.
  6. Place the marinated zucchini slices on the preheated grill.
  7. Grill the zucchini for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they are tender and have nice grill marks.
  8. Remove the zucchini from the grill and serve warm.
