Steps

  1. Wash the zucchini and cut them into thin rounds or half-moons, about 0.5 cm thick.
  2. In a steamer basket, add the zucchini and steam for about 8-10 minutes until tender but still vibrant green.
  3. While the zucchini is steaming, combine olive oil, minced garlic, chopped basil, chopped parsley, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice in a small bowl to create a dressing.
