- Red onion - 1 small, cut into wedges
- Cherry tomatoes - 200 grams, halved
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Balsamic vinegar - 1 tablespoon
- Fresh basil - 5 leaves, chopped
- Garlic - 1 clove, minced
- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper - to taste
Steps
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- In a large bowl, combine the sliced zucchini, bell pepper, eggplant, mushrooms, red onion, and cherry tomatoes.
