- Dried oregano - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
Steps
- Cut the chicken breast into 2.5 cm cubes and place them in a bowl.
- In a separate bowl, mix olive oil, minced garlic, chopped rosemary, dried oregano, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice to create a marinade.
- Pour the marinade over the chicken cubes and let them marinate for at least 15 minutes.
- While the chicken is marinating, cut the zucchini and red bell pepper into 2.5 cm pieces.
- Preheat the grill or a grill pan over medium-high heat.
- Thread the marinated chicken, cherry tomatoes, zucchini, and red bell pepper onto skewers, alternating the ingredients.
- Place the skewers on the grill and cook for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through and has nice grill marks.
