Ingredients
- 2 Chicken breasts - 300 grams
- 1 cup Cherry tomatoes - 150 grams
- 2 cups Fresh spinach - 60 grams
- 2 cloves Garlic - 6 grams
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil - 15 ml
- 1 teaspoon Dried basil - 1 gram
- 1 teaspoon Dried oregano - 1 gram
- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper - to taste
- 50 grams Parmesan cheese - grated
Steps
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and half of the dried basil and oregano.
- Add the chicken to the skillet and cook for 5-7 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add minced garlic and cook for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add the cherry tomatoes and cook for another 5 minutes, until they start to burst.
- Stir in the fresh spinach and cook until wilted, about 2-3 minutes.
- Return the chicken to the skillet and sprinkle with remaining basil and oregano. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes to combine flavors.
- Serve topped with grated Parmesan cheese.
