  • Diced tomatoes - 200g (canned)
  • Vegetable broth - 500ml
  • Fresh rosemary - 1 sprig (chopped)
  • Fresh thyme - 1 sprig (chopped)
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Parmesan cheese - 30g (grated, for serving)
  • Fresh basil - a few leaves (for garnish)

Steps

  1. In a large pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
