Ingredients

  • Burger Bun - 2 pieces
  • Ground Halal Beef - 250 grams
  • Fresh Mushrooms (button or cremini) - 150 grams, sliced
  • Truffle Oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Garlic - 1 clove, minced
  • Fresh Parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Black Pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Mozzarella Cheese - 50 grams, sliced
  • Olive Oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Lettuce Leaves - 2 pieces
  • Tomato - 1 medium, sliced

Steps

  1. In a bowl, combine the ground Halal beef with salt, black pepper, and chopped parsley. Shape into two equal patties.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add olive oil. Once hot, add the mushroom slices and minced garlic, sauté for about 5-7 minutes until they are golden and tender.
  3. Add truffle oil to the mushrooms, mix well, and remove from heat. Set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, cook the burger patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until they reach your desired doneness.
  5. During the last minute of cooking, place a slice of mozzarella cheese on each patty to melt.
  6. To assemble the burgers, place a lettuce leaf on the bottom half of each bun, followed by the cheesy patty, sautéed mushrooms, and tomato slices. Top with the other half of the bun.
