- Burger Bun - 2 pieces
- Ground Halal Beef - 250 grams
- Fresh Mushrooms (button or cremini) - 150 grams, sliced
- Truffle Oil - 1 tablespoon
- Garlic - 1 clove, minced
- Fresh Parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Black Pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Mozzarella Cheese - 50 grams, sliced
- Olive Oil - 1 tablespoon
- Lettuce Leaves - 2 pieces
- Tomato - 1 medium, sliced
Steps
- In a bowl, combine the ground Halal beef with salt, black pepper, and chopped parsley. Shape into two equal patties.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and add olive oil. Once hot, add the mushroom slices and minced garlic, sauté for about 5-7 minutes until they are golden and tender.
- Add truffle oil to the mushrooms, mix well, and remove from heat. Set aside.
- In the same skillet, cook the burger patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until they reach your desired doneness.
- During the last minute of cooking, place a slice of mozzarella cheese on each patty to melt.
- To assemble the burgers, place a lettuce leaf on the bottom half of each bun, followed by the cheesy patty, sautéed mushrooms, and tomato slices. Top with the other half of the bun.
