Steps
- In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, chopped basil, parsley, minced garlic, dried oregano, salt, black pepper, and egg. Mix until just combined.
- Form the mixture into two even patties, making a slight indentation in the center of each to prevent them from puffing up during cooking.
