  • Nutmeg - a pinch

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat and add the fresh spinach. Cook until wilted, about 5 minutes.
  3. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, ricotta cheese, grated Parmesan cheese, whole wheat flour, salt, black pepper, and nutmeg until smooth.
