  • Fresh basil, chopped - 2 tablespoons
  • Lemon zest - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the ricotta cheese, eggs, almond flour, grated Parmesan, chopped spinach, chopped basil, lemon zest, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
  3. Grease a small round baking dish with olive oil.
