Steps
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the ricotta cheese, eggs, almond flour, grated Parmesan, chopped spinach, chopped basil, lemon zest, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Grease a small round baking dish with olive oil.
