Ingredients

  • Mozzarella cheese, shredded - 50 grams
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Garlic, minced - 1 clove
  • Fresh parsley, chopped - 2 tablespoons
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Cut the cauliflower into florets and steam them for about 10-12 minutes until tender.
  3. Once steamed, drain any excess water and mash the cauliflower in a mixing bowl until smooth.
  4. Add the eggs, grated Parmesan cheese, shredded mozzarella cheese, minced garlic, chopped parsley, salt, and black pepper to the mashed cauliflower and mix until well combined.
