Ingredients

  • Ground beef - 250 grams
  • Zucchini - 100 grams, grated
  • Parmesan cheese - 50 grams, grated
  • Eggs - 2 large
  • Garlic - 1 clove, minced
  • Onion - 50 grams, finely chopped
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Dried oregano - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Almond flour - 30 grams

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté the chopped onion and minced garlic until translucent.
  3. Add the ground beef to the skillet and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spatula.
  4. Stir in the grated zucchini, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper. Cook for an additional 5 minutes, then remove from heat.
  5. In a large bowl, combine the cooked meat mixture, beaten eggs, grated Parmesan cheese, and almond flour. Mix well until fully combined.
  6. Grease a small baking dish with olive oil and pour the meat mixture into it, spreading it evenly.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes until the top is golden and firm to the touch.
  8. Let it cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
