- Ground beef - 250 grams
- Zucchini - 100 grams, grated
- Parmesan cheese - 50 grams, grated
- Eggs - 2 large
- Garlic - 1 clove, minced
- Onion - 50 grams, finely chopped
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
- Dried oregano - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Almond flour - 30 grams
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté the chopped onion and minced garlic until translucent.
- Add the ground beef to the skillet and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spatula.
- Stir in the grated zucchini, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper. Cook for an additional 5 minutes, then remove from heat.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked meat mixture, beaten eggs, grated Parmesan cheese, and almond flour. Mix well until fully combined.
- Grease a small baking dish with olive oil and pour the meat mixture into it, spreading it evenly.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes until the top is golden and firm to the touch.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
