Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine chickpea flour, water, olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Whisk until smooth and set aside.
  3. In a skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Add sliced artichokes to the skillet and cook for about 5-7 minutes until they are slightly tender. Stir in chopped parsley and lemon juice.
