  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, eggs, olive oil, minced garlic, parsley, basil, lemon zest, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined to form a batter.
  3. In a greased baking dish, layer half of the batter evenly on the bottom.
  4. Place the cleaned anchovies on top of the batter, ensuring they are evenly spread out.
