Steps
- Peel and thinly slice the potatoes and red onion.
- In a large bowl, mix the chickpea flour, water, salt, black pepper, and smoked paprika until smooth.
- Add the sliced potatoes and onions to the batter, ensuring they are well coated.
- Preheat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add 1 tablespoon of olive oil.
