  • 50ml unsweetened almond milk

  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp melted coconut oil

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease a small round cake pan (20cm).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, almond milk, melted coconut oil, and vanilla extract until well combined.
  3. In another bowl, mix the almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, stirring until just combined.

  6. Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and spread it evenly.
