Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease a small round cake pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, mash the fresh figs with a fork until chunky but smooth.
  3. Add the Greek yogurt, honey, egg, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt to the mashed figs, and mix until well combined.
  4. In another bowl, mix the almond flour and baking powder together.
  5. Gradually fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and smooth the top.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cake is golden and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
