  • Espresso coffee (cooled) - 100 ml
  • Ladyfinger biscuits (savoiardi) - 4 pieces
  • Cocoa powder - 10 grams
  • Honey or maple syrup - 10 grams
  • Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon
  • Dark chocolate shavings (optional) - 10 grams

Steps

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, mascarpone cheese, protein powder, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth and creamy.
  2. Dip each ladyfinger briefly into the cooled espresso, ensuring they soak without becoming too soggy.
  3. In serving glasses or bowls, layer the soaked ladyfingers at the bottom, followed by a layer of the creamy protein mixture.
  4. Repeat the layers until the glasses are filled, finishing with a layer of the creamy mixture on top.
  5. Sift cocoa powder over the top layer and sprinkle with dark chocolate shavings if desired.
