Steps
- In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, mascarpone cheese, protein powder, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth and creamy.
- Dip each ladyfinger briefly into the cooled espresso, ensuring they soak without becoming too soggy.
